What is StackServe?
StackServe is a platform that showcases the marketing focused digital agencies generating leads and brand awareness for businesses around the world.
Is it free to advertise my digital agency on StackServe?
Agencies can create their profile and advertise their business on StackServe at no cost. Agencies looking for extra features can upgrade to StackServe PRO.
What is StackServe PRO?
StackServe PRO is a paid sponsorship tier for agencies listed on StackServe. This membership affords extra features and increased visibility on the platform at a low monthly cost.
How do I upgrade to a PRO listing on StackServe?
Upgrading to PRO is simple, once your listing is created, continue to checkout from the Join PRO page and follow through with the PayPal payment process. Once this is complete, you will be upgraded to a PRO listing with all extra perks.
How do I cancel a PRO subscription?
Once logged in, bring up the My Account menu (top right on the header section) and select ‘My PRO Subscription’. Select to cancel your subscription, this will prompt you to enter your PayPal details and on the next screen you will see an option to cancel.
Please note: Once you cancel your PRO subscription, all PRO features are immediately removed. You will need to rejoin PRO to claim these features for your listing on StackServe.
Can I get a refund for a PRO subscription?
We do not offer refunds for previous or partial periods of PRO membership subscriptions.
Why can’t I change some of the details of my StackServe listing after signup?
We do not allow changing of the following details after signup:
- Agency name
- Email address
- Official website
- Services offered
This is solely for verification purposes and to prevent spam or fake accounts from undermining the service. If you wish you change these details please delete your agency account and create a new one with updated details. Luckily it’s super quick to set up a new listing.
An agency has listed my company as a featured client without permission, how do I remove it?
We recommend contacting the agency first and requesting them to remove it, they should do so without delay. If they do not remove it within a reasonable amount of time, please contact us at hello@stackserve.com and we’ll remove it for you.
NB. We require that you contact us from an official company email address as referenced on your company website in order for us to verify the request.
